When Lisa Brown opened her first salon in 2009, she didn’t just set out to style hair—she set out to build a legacy. Now, as the founder of Lisa Brown SalonSpa and Brown Beauty Barber School, she’s using that legacy to uplift, educate, and inspire.
In 2024, Lisa launched her newest venture: a full-service luxury day spa that celebrates texture, diversity, and empowerment. The expansion marks the next evolution of a brand known for transforming beauty into purpose.

Together, they’ve built a company that employs 25 professionals, serves 2,000 clients, and educates the next generation through hands-on training at their barber and beauty school.
