When Kyle Robinson speaks about resilience, it’s from lived experience. His company, Relentless Repetition, is not just a brand—it’s a philosophy shaped by his battle with addiction, his comeback, and his relentless pursuit of purpose.
From Professional Athlete to Rock Bottom
For over six years, Robinson chased his dream of professional baseball. But after an injury led to surgery, his life spiraled into prescription drug addiction and eventually heroin and meth. “I lost everything—my career, my freedom, my dignity,” he admits. “But those losses became the foundation for everything I am today.”
After multiple overdoses and more than a year in jail, Robinson found his turning point on November 24, 2019—the day he got sober. “I realized I wasn’t supposed to die. I was supposed to help others live.”
Building a Business From Redemption
From that moment, Robinson began developing the idea for Relentless Repetition—a platform built on one truth: mastery requires relentless consistency.
“It’s about the boring work,” he says. “People want quick results, but true excellence comes from daily, repetitive effort. Whether in recovery or entrepreneurship, consistency is everything.”
A Voice for the Underdog
Robinson’s message has found an eager audience. From business teams to high school athletes, his talks blend humor, humility, and actionable steps for change. “I’m not preaching—I’m sharing what saved my life,” he says.
He often weaves lessons about discipline, mindset, and mentorship into his presentations, connecting with those who feel stuck or discouraged.
Work, Family, and Fitness
Robinson acknowledges the challenge of maintaining balance. “There’s no perfect work-life balance when you’re building something great,” he says. “But if you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work.”
For him, the gym is therapy. “Fitness keeps me sober, focused, and strong. It’s how I process stress without slipping back into old habits.”
The Ripple Effect of Resilience
Robinson’s vision for the future extends beyond speaking engagements. He aims to work with professional sports teams, colleges, and leadership organizations to create programs that blend personal development with performance training.
He’s also collaborating with mentors like Paul Getter and Damon West to expand his reach. “My story isn’t just about addiction—it’s about resilience,” he says. “And resilience is a skill anyone can learn.”
Living Proof That Grit Wins
As Robinson’s platform grows, his mission remains grounded in authenticity. “I want people to know they can rebuild. No matter how far you’ve fallen, there’s always a way up—through relentless repetition.”
