Jennifer O’Robinson believes many women are carrying more than they realize.
Years of responsibilities, professional expectations, caregiving demands, constant availability, and personal commitments can create a cycle where stress becomes normal and slowing down feels almost unfamiliar.
Through the launch of SheCamps, O’Robinson is creating a new kind of personal growth community focused on helping overwhelmed women find calm, clarity, and connection through simple nature-based practices that fit into real life.
Launched in late May 2026, SheCamps is designed to reach women wherever they are through online resources, guided journals and workbooks, virtual workshops, coaching programs, speaking engagements, multi-week programs, and community-based experiences.
The mission is shaped by O’Robinson’s 18 years of experience in enterprise technology, along with her own journey of healing, reinvention, and learning how to create calm inside real responsibility.
Helping Women Feel Grounded Again
SheCamps was built around the idea that reconnecting does not have to require stepping away from everything.
The company’s core philosophy, “Get Outside to Go Inside,” encourages women to use nature as a tool for reflection, emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, and personal growth.
Through The Nature Reset Method, O’Robinson brings together outdoor connection, guided prompts, storytelling, coaching, and practical exercises designed to support women through the realities of everyday stress.
“SheCamps exists to remind women that they do not need to escape their lives to find calm,” O’Robinson says. “They can begin with one breath, one step outside, and one intentional reset.”
Growing Beyond a Wellness Brand
The launch of SheCamps includes more than one program. O’Robinson is building a platform that reaches women through keynote speaking, shorter workshops, prompted journals and guided workbooks, digital resources, coaching, longer multi-week programs, and shared community experiences.
The journals and workbooks are designed to give women an accessible starting point for reflection, daily reset practices, and deeper personal awareness. Several SheCamps titles like The Nature of You: 12 Principles for Finding Happiness are available through Amazon or on the SheCamps website, creating a simple way for women to begin before stepping into workshops, coaching, or deeper programs.
The upcoming founder’s beta cohort will become an important milestone for the company, allowing women to experience The Nature Reset Method early while contributing feedback and helping shape the future of the platform.
As O’Robinson expands through stages, podcasts, workshops, and virtual events, the focus remains on creating accessible tools that women can apply in their daily lives.
