The Real Race Began After Retirement
While most wind down after a university coaching career, Radnoti was just getting started.
After retiring from Pepperdine University’s Division I Track & Field and Cross Country program, he shifted his focus from physical performance to emotional and spiritual performance.
Armed with certifications in hypnosis, mindset work, and transformational coaching, Radnoti created offerings that blended science and soul. His private clients—and later, international retreat attendees—found something few programs offer: true personal alignment.
Structure, Strategy, and Spiritual Success
The Radnoti Research Institute took off fast—but not without challenges. Branding and operations initially slowed momentum.
That changed when Radnoti built his dream team.
“I stayed in my genius zone,” says Radnoti.

This Artist–Entrepreneur–Manager model allowed him to scale with integrity. Today, RRI runs on clear systems, thanks to the leadership of a former international COO and a digital reinvention strategy that brought cohesion to years of assets.
