Entrepreneur and Army veteran Rachel Veronica is helping high achieving creatives and entrepreneurs break free from patterns of burnout, imposter syndrome, and quiet self doubt. Rachel describes her philosophy with clarity and conviction. “I rebuilt my own identity before I ever helped someone else rebuild theirs. Transformation is not about coping. It is about changing the subconscious belief that created the pattern in the first place.”
From Personal Transformation to Professional Mission
Rachel’s journey into hypnosis began in 2020 following a period of deep personal transformation that reshaped both her mindset and direction. Over the past six years she has pursued advanced training and applied work in clinical hypnosis and subconscious transformation.
During that time she noticed a pattern among ambitious professionals. Many high performing creatives and entrepreneurs project confidence outwardly while privately navigating rejection wounds, pressure to succeed, and persistent feelings of imposter syndrome.
Rather than approaching these challenges as long term struggles that take years to resolve, Rachel focuses on uncovering the belief at the root of the behavior. Once that belief shifts, the behavior often follows naturally.
In July 2025 she formally launched Born For This Hypnosis as a dedicated practice serving founders, creatives, and visionary entrepreneurs seeking identity based transformation.
Creating the Environment for Elevated Experiences
Rachel’s work also extends beyond the internal transformation of her clients. She believes environment plays a powerful role in shaping creative expression and personal growth.
Since 2020 she has operated Zen Private Paradise in Las Vegas. The luxury creative and event venue has hosted curated private gatherings, productions, and artistic collaborations for more than six years.
The space was designed to provide a refined setting where creators, entrepreneurs, and production teams can gather, collaborate, and produce elevated experiences. By combining identity based transformation with a thoughtfully designed environment, Rachel represents a new generation of entrepreneurs building both inner and outer foundations for success.
