Authentic leadership begins with self-awareness—and Kristine Chilton embodies that truth. As a Women’s Healing & Empowerment Coach and founder of I Will Find Joy, she’s helping women embrace vulnerability as a superpower.
Her story began in 2007 when chronic illness left her searching for connection. “I created an online community because I didn’t want anyone to feel as alone as I did,” she says. That space grew into I Will Find Joy—a platform where courage meets compassion.
The Power of Taking Action
Kristine admits her success came not from a master plan but from consistent, imperfect action. “I kept waiting for clarity, but clarity came through movement,” she explains. “Every mentor, every coach, every step gave me the confidence to keep showing up.”
Her collaboration with Akbar Sheikh through the Speakerpreneur program marked a defining moment. “That was when I decided to be all in,” she says. “No more hiding behind fear.”
Lessons in Emotional Strength
Kristine encourages entrepreneurs to treat emotional growth as seriously as business strategy. “Clap for yourself,” she advises. “Celebrate progress—even when it’s invisible. Your purpose will keep you grounded when everything else feels uncertain.”
She’s transparent about her own journey, too. “I’m still learning to balance it all,” she admits. “But I’ve realized that peace and success can coexist when you stop chasing perfection.”
