A Lifelong Desire to Help
Cindy Clemishire has always wanted to help people — it’s a thread that runs through every chapter of her story. First, she imagined herself as a nurse. Then she followed a different calling into real estate.
“When I bought my first home, I saw the impact a good realtor can have,” she says. “I was licensed within a month in 1993.”
Now, decades later, she’s pursuing an even more personal mission: helping people heal.
When Pain Becomes Purpose
Cindy’s shift into public speaking and coaching was born from a realization — her story, when shared, could offer healing for others.
“I’ve seen firsthand how many lives are touched by trauma,” she says. “When I opened up about mine, people found hope. That told me it was time.”
Branding with Intention
Unlike many entrepreneurs, Cindy isn’t launching with a polished logo or tagline. She’s leading with story and authenticity.
“I’m still figuring out my personal brand,” she admits. But in truth, her brand is already resonating with those who need her most — because it’s rooted in lived experience.
One Story, Thousands of Reactions
Everything changed on June 14th. Her story was published in an article — and the response from around the world was immediate.
“So many people reached out to say they saw themselves in my story,” she shares. “It showed me how deep these issues run.”
To Those Just Starting Out
“Don’t give up,” Cindy urges. “Talk to people. Ask for help. You’ll be amazed at the wisdom others are willing to share.”
Her core belief? No one should have to heal — or build — alone.
Managing the Mission and Motherhood
With a teenage son still at home, Cindy works hard to maintain balance.
“I wake up early for quiet time, and we try to have dinner together 3-4 nights a week,” she says. “Fitness and my friends help me stay grounded when things feel heavy.”
Speaking Up for Survivors
This past spring, Cindy stood before the Texas House Committee and delivered testimony in support of Trey’s Law — a bill that seeks justice for victims of sexual abuse.
