Leaving the Familiar Behind
For years, I worked in luxury retail — building brands, leading teams, chasing growth. But over time, I realized I was living someone else’s definition of success. “I had the title and the stability,” I remember, “but I’d lost myself in the process.”
Walking away wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. I wanted to build a life that felt like mine again.
How the Galgos Changed Everything
Before my corporate chapter, I ran Baasgalgo, a nonprofit in Spain that rescued galgos — the sleek hunting dogs left behind each season. I managed every detail, from campaigns to partnerships, and somehow it grew into a national movement.
That experience changed how I saw communication. It taught me that when a message carries real emotion, it can travel across borders. It was my first lesson in brand storytelling — I just didn’t call it that yet.
Building From Experience, Not Scratch
When I left corporate life, I didn’t start over. I built from everything I already knew — hospitality, retail, nonprofit work, and global experience. Those chapters became the foundation for Baas Studio, my consultancy where strategy meets soul.
The Work That Matters
At Baas Studio, I help founders and boutique brands find the heart of their story and turn it into clear, honest messaging. My process is part strategy, part storytelling. I help clients see where their brand voice and brand vision fall out of sync — and then I bring them back together.
The goal is always clarity. Less noise, more truth.
Looking Ahead
I’m focused on keeping Baas Studio deeply personal — working closely with soulful founders, boutique hotels, and purpose-driven brands that value depth over speed. I’m also building tools and guides to help others navigate reinvention with more confidence.
This next chapter is about expanding my reach while keeping the work grounded in what matters most: connection, clarity, and transformation that lasts.
