Walking Away From “Safe”
For many, landing a corporate job after graduating from USC would be the dream. For Elisa Beach Ochoa, it became her breaking point.
“I had my oh sh*t moment,” she says. “This isn’t it. I wasn’t excited. I didn’t move to LA to live a life that felt meh.”
That clarity pushed her to reawaken her entrepreneurial soul. From fashion pop-ups showcasing Latin American designers to launching media platforms, Ochoa refused to settle for safe.
The Leap of Faith
Her biggest turning point came with an unexpected layoff. Instead of rushing back to corporate, she lived off savings, invested in mentors, and went all-in on her personal brand.
“It wasn’t logical, but it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made,” she reflects. “You don’t need to go viral. You need to go deeper into your own power.”
Through that season of rebuilding, she discovered that entrepreneurship wasn’t just a career path—it was a calling.
Building Her Latina Empire
Today, Ochoa is building what she calls her Latina empire: a mentorship brand designed to become a multi-million-dollar movement rooted in identity, leadership, and unapologetic ambition. Her mission is to guide women into their own version of power—where spirituality meets strategy, and where success is measured not only in numbers but in alignment, confidence, and impact.
Ochoa’s work centers on the Destiny Business™ Method—helping women design soul-led businesses rooted in their voice, wisdom, and story. Through her Genie Frequency™ approach, she teaches clients to go beyond traditional strategy, using energy and embodiment to scale lives that align with their deepest desires.
“I don’t teach steps,” she says. “I activate soul strategy, self-trust, and frequency—so women can build their highest destiny.”
